This is Thursday, a quest giver in a free online flash game called DragonFable.
Thursday grew up in a haunted mansion within a city called Amityvale, however, recently the spirits had become aggressive and chased her out of her childhood home. Thursday now seeks brave adventurers to return to the haunted mansion and retrieve her Pendant, which was left behind.
Of course, afterward, the plot thickens to include a vampire, werewolf... and possibly more... oh my!
